Founded By Graham And Bonnie Nicholson, Cadillac Ranch Restaurant Began As The Usa'S First Karaoke Bar, “Starstruck Karaoke Restaurant.” Expanding Their Vision, The Nicholsons Created A Unique Country Dance Restaurant - The Cadillac Ranch. The First Dance Instructor, Paula Frohn, Brought Authentic Country Dance To Life Here.
In 1997, The Restaurant Moved To A 15,000 Square-Foot Space In Southington, Evolving From A 5,000 Square-Foot Original. This Year Also Marked The Partnership With Judy And Earl, Enhancing Its Country Essence.
Cadillac Ranch Survived A Fire In 2003, Emerging Stronger With Renovated Facilities. It Welcomed Peter Griffin As The Manager In 2004 And Introduced “Old Thunder,” A New Mechanical Bull, In 2007.
Synonymous With Country Culture And Entertainment, Cadillac Ranch Offers A Unique Mix Of Dining, Dance, And Music, Reflecting The Founders' Vision And Its Rich History.
